Handouts Online

IJCAHPO does not provide handouts on-site. An email with a link and instructions for downloading and printing handouts will be sent in October. You may view handouts for courses purchased on-site on your device using the IJCAHPO mobile app. Handouts can be printed in the hotel business center; however, be advised that hotels may charge a fee for internet access and printing. IJCAHPO does not provide WIFI access within the hotel. Handouts will also be available for one month following the ACE program.

IMPORTANT:

Tickets and name badges are provided on-site. They may be picked up at the Registration Desk outside of the Crystal Ballroom.

If you lose, forget, or misplace your tickets and / or name badge, the fee to reprint is $ 20.

Continuing Education( CE) Credit *

View CE credits awarded for each on-site course here. Along with CE credits awarded by IJCAHPO, each course lists CE credits awarded by the California Board of Registered Nursing( CABRN), if applicable.

Provider-approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 13516, for over 124 contact hours on-site.

The On-Site Program has been accredited for 173 IJCAHPO CE credits.

Courses are monitored and attendees arriving late or leaving early from a course are documented. If you miss more than 15 minutes of a course hour, CE credit will be denied for the entire hour. For half-hour courses, credit will be denied if you miss more than 8 minutes.

Evaluations

Course evaluations for on-site courses will be offered through the IJCAHPO mobile app or online at https:// jcahpo. web. mosaic-apps. com. Please be sure to download the app in advance of the program at jcahpo. co / mobileapp. The app will work while offline and will submit your responses once service is available again. Course evaluations will be available to submit until Monday, November 3, 2025 at 11:59 p. m. Central Time. A limited number of paper evaluation forms will be available to those without devices that support the app.

Atrium A( 1 st Floor)— The IJCAHPO Certification Booth will be open during Bookstore hours.

Cell Phone and Smoking Policies

Set cell phones to“ silent” during courses. Phone calls in the classroom are strictly prohibited; you will be asked to leave the room. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the hotel.

IJCAHPO does not provide WIFI access within the hotel.
