REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Mailed & Paper: The registration form and payment must be received( not postmarked) on or before the deadline.

IJCAHPO is pleased to announce that registration fees for the 3-day 2026 ACE Program will remain unchanged from previous years AND we are adding on UNLIMITED on-demand access with this package. The unlimited virtual package can be selected with 1, 2, or 3 day packages. We are committed to making continued education as affordable as possible for our attendees and believe that the quality of our conference is worth the investment. This means that you can continue to get the most up-to-date information on the latest trends and best practices in eye care at a great value.
Registering Others
If you are registering others and do not see an account for a certified technician, please contact IJCAHPO before creating a new account to ensure you receive correct pricing. To register seven or more attendees, please contact our administrative department at 800-284-3937 and select option“ 1” to avoid potential complications.
Registration Confirmations
Registrants will receive an email confirmation at their preferred email address on file within 10 days of registering. If you have not received a confirmation within this time frame, call IJCAHPO at 800-284-3937 or email registrations @ jcahpo. org.
Military and Veterans Registration
A special discounted registration fee for the 3-Day On-Site Package is offered for military personnel, veterans, VA employees, and spouses of active military personnel from the US and Canada. Unlimited on-demand courses are included at NO COST. All other IJCAHPO policies apply. Registrants must show proof of military status when registering by mail, fax, or on-site. The $ 75 processing fee will be waived. Online registrations cannot be processed.
NOTE: Falsification or misrepresentation of credentials, employment, personal information, and / or military service may result in the loss of CE credits or certification status.
Verification of CE Credits Earned
CE credits earned will be posted on your IJCAHPO transcript by January 8, 2027. No statements will be mailed. It is every registrant’ s responsibility to check posted CE credits. You must submit written correction requests to IJCAHPO at education @ jcahpo. org by February 25, 2027.
If you are planning to have your employer reimburse your fees, please be sure that they are aware of the credit processing time of 8 – 10 weeks. We are unable to provide attendance verification before credits are posted.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
IJCAHPO provides reasonable and appropriate accommodations on-site at the program venue to individuals with documented disabilities who demonstrate a need for special accommodations. Specific special accommodations should be related to functional limitations. Please include additional supporting documentation from the medical professional who diagnosed the condition. It is essential that the documentation of the disability provides a clear explanation of the current functional limitation( s) and a rationale for the requested accommodation.
