Parking— Current parking rates at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside are $ 50 per night for self-parking and $ 58 per night for valet parking. Additional self-parking options may be available nearby. Please visit those individual websites for pricing and availability.
AAO Shuttle Service— Due to the proximity of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside to the Ernst N. Memorial Convention Center, no AAO shuttle is provided. Please plan accordingly.
Transportation
From Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport( MSY)— 15 miles
Taxi, Towncar, Luxury Vehicle, and Limousine Service: Taxi stands are located on Level 1, outside of baggage claim, in the Ground Transportation area. Towncar, luxury vehicle, and limousine services also operate from this designated Ground Transportation zone.
Rideshare( Uber, Lyft, etc.): Pickups for Uber, Lyft, and other standard rideshare services are located on Level 1 in the Ground Transportation area outside of baggage claim. Passengers should follow airport signage to the designated rideshare pickup zones.
Public Transportation( Jefferson Transit – JET Bus): Jefferson Transit( JET) Bus Route E1( Airport Express) provides service from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport( MSY) to downtown New Orleans, including the Central Business District and French Quarter areas. The bus stop is located outside Level 1 Baggage Claim in the Ground Transportation area. Visit www. jeffersontransit. org for route and schedule details.
AAO Exhibition Hours
The AAO Exhibition Hours will take place in halls D – H at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Attendees may purchase an AAO exhibit hall pass at a reduced fee of $ 225 through IJCAHPO, which allows show floor access October 10 – 12. The exhibit hall will be open Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a. m.– 5:00 p. m. and Monday from 9:00 a. m.– 3:30 p. m.
AAO sets prices for the exhibit hall passes. IJCAHPO is not responsible for AAO exhibit hall issues and cannot provide refunds for purchased exhibit hall passes.
