included in itinerary, additional travel or accommodation, and any other personal
items purchased.
It does not include travel insurance which is required as a term and condition of
purchasing a ticket to attend this event. The above is to be used an approximate

REFUNDS
NO refunds will be provided if you change your mind or can no longer attend.
You may sell your ticket to someone else to attend (and notify us of ticket name
change), however due to minimum number requirements for this event to go
ahead, tickets can NOT be refunded. It is a condition of purchasing a ticket that
you have appropriate travel insurance in the case something arises and you can
