How long will I be gone for...?
How long can you get away with?!
The LA Cake Crawl is 5 full days in duration, plus the Sunday night
Meet and Greet.
We will be meeting on Sunday evening for our 'Meet and Greet'
and starting the 5 full days from Monday morning, finishing up on
Friday afternoon.
We timed the Cake Crawl for mid week so those who can only leave
home for one week can still attend - you could leave home on
Saturday morning, spend the week in LA and be home in time for
school lunch-box packing the following Sunday night!
For those who can travel for a longer period of time you can arrive
early or stay later, and add in some other destinations on your trip.
We've timed the Cake Crawl to co-incide with SoFlo Cake and
Candy Expo, which is in Florida in late April.
There are lots of beautiful places to visit close to LA...
San Francsico, San Diego, Yosemite National Park...
And of course... We think VEGAS is always a great idea!

Here is a full list of what is covered in the ticket cost:

- Meet and Greet on Sunday night before our Cake Crawl begins
- Welcome drink at Meet and Greet
- LA tour, taking in the best sights of LA, plus cake stops
along the way
- Lunch/snacks on each day of the tour as listed above
- Transport from meeting place (Loews Hotel) to venue and
return each day of the tour
- High Tea at The Penninsula Hotel, Beverly Hills
- Hands on class with Natalie Sideserf
- Demo with Jacqueline Butler
- Demo with Michelle Boyd
- Hands on class with Jasmine Rae
- Venue hire, supplies and equipment for all locations,
demos and classes
- Farewell drink on event conclusion

please note: Itinerary is subject to change. Decorators & venues listed have con-
firmed their involvement but occassionally changes are required due to reasons
outside of our control. In this case we will replace the itinerary item with one of
similar value and/or skill level and inform participants as soon as possinble. We
will aim to stay to this itinerary as listed where possible &
create the most amazing event possible! Changes to itinerary will not warrant a
ticket refund. See our refund policy on the next page.
minimum numbers: Minimum numbers are required for this event to go ahead. If
minimum numbers are not reached, your ticket payment will be refunded in full. No
other expenses (flights, accommodation etc) will be reimbursed.
We will advise as soon as we reach minimum numbers, or by 31 October 2019 if
minimum numbers have been reached.
