Our trip-of-a-lifetime Cake Crawl adventure will finish
with an amazing day learning from the extremely
talented Michelle Boyd, of Good Gracious Cakes,
Chicago. Featuring on The Food Network Channel
Cake Wars, we are very excited to be spending the day
learning from this skilled decorator.
Michelle is well known for her cocoa butter cookie
painting techniques. Our Cake Crawlers will watch
two demonstrations with Michelle, the first one on her
cocoa butter painting techniques before breaking for
morning tea.

After our cookie demo and morning tea, we'll learn
another amazing technique from Michelle, how to make
some of these adorable and delicate balloon animals
using isomalt! The options for replicating the techniques
learnt in this demo are endless!
Following our morning of learning from Michelle we will
break for a long-lazy-lunch with guest decorator Sachiko
Windbiel, before saying farewell to our LA Cake Crawl
group.
