Corporate Objectives
Accord ’ s objectives and strategy are set out in the five year strategic business plan . The plan is reviewed annually and approved by the Board . The Board is responsible for the overall management of the association , including the monitoring and performance of all its functions , the determination of strategic direction and policies , implementing and overseeing controls , governance and risk management frameworks and determination of resources to meet the association ’ s financial and other obligations .
