We started the year with a Together with Tenants event , when more than 100 Midlands housing tenants gathered for a major consultation on landlord-tenant relationships . We ended the 2019-2020 business year ( end of March 2020 ) in lockdown , due to Covid-19 where meeting with other people outside of our own household was only possible via video calls and messaging . Despite this incredibly challenging time our teams have worked hard to support all of our customers , and help ensure that they have remained as safe and secure as possible .
