Cluster flats are accessed via a central stair core and provide bedrooms and living spaces on a single level . Clusters are arranged predominantly in groups of eight bedrooms with a shared communal space . All cluster bedrooms are en-suite and include a study space and storage . The shared communal space is divided into three zones ; the kitchen , dining area and lounge . The windows to this space are designed with the internal experience in mind , creating different levels of intimacy and framed views out .

Lindsay Hall Townhouses each have their own front door and provide accommodation over four levels . Each townhouse provides twelve bedrooms with four bedrooms to each floor sharing two bathrooms . As part of a comprehensive transformation , the proposals include for elements of remodelling as well as new build accommodation to improve the existing offering . The proposed remodelling of existing stock has been designed to improve the provision of social / kitchen space and reduce the number of study bedrooms sharing each shower room . The plans illustrate the improvements proposed for block T at Lindsay Hall , one of the blocks identified for remodelling .
