The proposals offer a range of accommodation types to create a balanced community.
The new accommodation takes the form of cluster flats and town houses.
Eight Bed Cluster Plan
Cluster flats are accessed via a central stair core and provide bedrooms and living spaces on a single level. Clusters are arranged predominantly in groups of eight bedrooms with a shared communal space. All cluster bedrooms are en-suite and include a study space and storage. The shared communal space is divided into three zones; the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The windows to this space are designed with the internal experience in mind, creating different levels of intimacy and framed views out.
