Today, we continue that culinary tradition by expressing freshness at all times. So come discover what

worldliness of our menu. It’s about articulately

Much like starting with the freshest ingredients yields
flavorful results, starting with the best people delivers a
better experience. That’s why we stock every store with
passionate personalities who’ve mastered our fresh
language – go ahead and ask them yourself.
We opened the first Cafe Express in 1984 out of a
passionate desire to craft quick, flavorful meals from
fresher ingredients. Back then our recipes were crafted
by Chef Del Grande – a James Beard Award winner.
