Founder and President
By 2001, Jeremy had a successful track record with helping
companies grow through marketing strategy, sales, process
design and management and was offered a National Sales
Consultant position at Rockland Technology group, where he
used his passion for sales and his relationship building skills to
quickly advance to a Sales Director position. Responsible for
sales strategy, marketing, lead generation, sales management,
and implementation, he was a true leader for the company.
Exceeding his sales goals every single month since the starting
the with the company, Jeremy worked diligently to close the
largest deal in the company’s 11year history, effectively
catapulting Rockland Technology to become the second
fastest growing technology company in the region. With
Jeremy’s hard work and determination for success, the
company sustained a 232% growth increase for the year 2002.
It was during this time that Jeremy crossed paths with an
opportunity that would fuel his entrepreneurial spirit. In 2004,

Operating Officer
Jasmine Aston is a proven professional in multiple disciplines
including corporate culture and worksite employee health,
organizational behavior, behavior change, employee wellness
program design, cross functional business unit strategy/process
development, change management, and leadership development. Jasmine comes to Vivo with extensive experience in the
fast paced world of corporate health management. Prior to Vivo,
she served as Population Health Management Consultant for a
top five national employee benefits consulting firm where she
consulted numerous employers to help meet their varying and
evolving health management needs, by applying behavioral
change theories in the organizational setting, to address the
modifiable health care costs and trends impacting organizations’
bottom lines, specific to their readiness and culture.
Mr. Harris signed an agreement to become a multi-unit
franchisee of a national pizza chain, Little Caesars Pizza. This is
where he was able to use the skills that he had gained from his
previous career, and his ultimate passion for success.
As the Owner and Operator of Harris Food Services, LLC. ,
Jeremy was responsible for everything from territory planning
and site development, General Contracting all new site builds, to
daily operations and inventory controls. By the time these units
were sold in 2010, they had become some of the most
successful and profitable locations in Texas and were ranked
number 2 and 4 based on sales volume and operations.
Even though Jeremy had found himself extremely successful in
the restaurant industry, he knew in his heart it was not his
passion; health and fitness was his true love and has been since
the young age of 14. In May of 2010, Jeremy signed a 25location
territory agreement with a national fitness concept, which was
relatively new.
With Jeremy’s entrepreneurial vision and drive for growth and
success, Mr. Harris’ locations quickly became the fastest
growing, most profitable stores in the entire country, earning him
the title of Developer of the Year for 2010, 2011 and 2012, and
rewarding him at a corporate level for the “Most Lives Changed”
for all three of those years. Jeremy was

company based out of Dallas, Texas, where she played an integral
role in assessing, managing and overseeing the development of
various organizational process improvement needs to facilitate
long-term organizational development and success.
Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the
University of North Texas and her Master of Science degree in
Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior from the Jindal
School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a
Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) through the National Wellness
Institute as well as a current and active Faculty status member of the
Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), and holds five certifications
through the organization.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jasmine Aston provides strategic
oversight and direction of all the day-to-day operations of the Vivo
organization. She leads with firm belief in continuous improvement
for the organization as a whole and for each individual on the team.
She ensures the service delivered by Vivo is forward thinking,
customer focused and value driven to foster long term, meaningful
and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
