Harvey Goldsmith CBE The man behind some of the world’s most prominent events, including Live Aid, Led Zeppelin’s reunion in 2007 and tours by bands including The Rolling Stones, Queen, Pink Floyd and U2. He recently co-founded a new ‘agency for agencies’, Nvisible. 2. Deborah Armstrong Armstrong, who is behind the world- famous Shangri-La at Glastonbury Festival, founded an agency, Strong & Co, which boasts clients including Twitter, Warner Bros, The Guardian, Channel 4, Google, The Liverpool Biennial and Bear Grylls. 3. Jon Drape Drape is the managing director of live music and event production specialist Ground Control. He has 30 years experience in the live entertainment industry, from touring with bands in the ‘Madchester’ era, and production managing the legendary venue The Haçienda. His festival résumé includes Parklife, Snowbombing and Festival Number 6. 4. Vince Power Irish music venue and festival owner and founder of Mean Fiddler, Power earned the nickname ‘The Godfather of Gigs’. He helped popularise festivals in the UK including of Reading, Leeds, The Phoenix, The Fleadh, Madstock, and one offs including the first Sex Pistols re-union in Finsbury Park. 5. Lindsay Impett Impett is an event and project leader with extensive strategic and organisational skills developed through high profile roles including directorship of the Vitality Netball World Cup 2019 and European Archery Championships 2016 and as venue general manager at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
