FEBRUARY 2019 | WELCOME
Event Production Show 2019
ere we go again,
heading at full tilt
towards what will
be the most diverse Event
Production Show (EPS)
of recent years. The team
here at Mash Media has
taken a long, hard look at
the show, taken on board
industry feedback and
developed a series of new
partnerships that allow us
to deliver a show that really
encompasses every event.
You can read more over
the following pages about
the ‘who’ and the ‘what’,
but we’ve teamed up with
new partners including the
Institute of Promotional
Marketing, to deliver a
conference dedicated
to Brand Experience;
Storm4Events are running
SaFest – the event safety
conference; LAEOG are
on board to help run a day
dedicated to local authority
event professionals, and
we welcome the Night
Time Industry Association
who are truly champions
of the night time and live
economies.
You’ll see stellar names
delivering high impact
content on The Main Stage
and we have gone big on
Pictured above: EPS in full swing
production this year with a
strong line up of exhibitors
and content from the
experts.
The show will be more
interactive than ever before.
We have challenged our
exhibitors to drive this, so
look out for the robots – plus
we are building a festival
within the event, with a
performance stage and
attractions taking place
throughout the two days
that allow our exhibitors to
really show off.
The outdoor and live
events sector has never been
as advanced and diverse as
it is today and EPS will truly
reflect how inspirational
the industry is. It is a vital
contributor to our national
economy and should hold a
higher seat at the political
table – to this end all visitors
will have access to a new
report released at the show
with our partners NTIA and
We are the Fair.
We look forward to
welcoming you to Olympia,
London, on 26th and 27th
February.
