EVENT PRODUCTION SHOW
Main Stage Action
Leading live events professionals will take to the Main Stage for the Access All Areas Conference at the Events Production Show to exchange ideas , identify opportunities , and explore how best to collectively tackle the most urgent challenges . We outline the highlights
The overarching aim of the Event Production Show and its Main Stage conference is to provide an opportunity for event professionals from every corner of the industry to demonstrate new products and new ways of thinking .
While the live events industry ’ s many leading service and product suppliers show off their wares in the vast ExCel London exhibition hall , the Main Stage conference area offers an opportunity to rest the legs and feed the mind while a diverse selection of events experts debate the hottest topics .
AEG Presents CEO Steve Homer , End of The Road Festival MD Lauren Down , George P . Johnson executive director creative technology Zara Kerwood , The Human Network / Identity CEO Michael Gietzen , Secret Cinema business development director Cat Botibol and the Department for Culture , Media and Sport ’ s Dan Humphreys , who is
Euro 2028 ’ s deputy national police coordinator , are among the diverse lineup of leading event professionals due to speak on the EPS Main Stage .
Curated and presented by Access All Areas , with support from sponsors GL events and One World Rental , the two-day conference will kick off with a session looking at new event concepts set to be launched in 2025 . It ’ s been a tough few years for festivals , particularly independents , largely due to escalating costs . The Association of Independent Festivals ( AIF ) described last year as a devastating one for the UK ’ s festival sector , with a record 78 events announcing a postponement , cancellation or complete closure .
Despite the challenging backdrop , there are many bold event concepts set to come to life in 2025 , both large and small . Among them are AEG Presents ’ 35,000-capacity LIDO Festival in London ’ s Victoria Park and the 25,000-capacity one-day festival Forever Now in Milton Keynes .
