We took over a studio space in London , Kennington Studios , so that we could also provide Green Rooms , hair and makeup and office space for our clients too .
The convention was viewed by upwards of 30,000 viewers and broadcast across 32 active live streams with live translation in over 15 languages .
After the event , we worked quickly to provide our client with on-demand content which they could upload online – translated into 15 languages .
We had so much fun bringing the imaginations of our clients to life , adding our own creativity and teamwork , and we are really proud of how seamless the event went and the feedback we received from the client and viewers .

1 . How did you get into Events ? At the age of 17 , I started volunteering for some youth concerts at the Bristol Beacon , filming and mixing live video to screens . I ’ ve been hooked since then .
2 . What are your hobbies ? Taking my family to the coast in our VW Campervan , watching F1 , going to music festivals , home brewing .
3 . What was your first ever job ? Newspaper deliverer aka ‘ Paperboy ’.
4 . What is your most annoying habit ? According to my colleagues I talk to myself on a regular basis .
5 . What is your biggest pet peeve ? People throwing rubbish out of their car window - just take it home with you !
6 . What is your favourite tipple ? Any beer with the word ‘ craft ’ in front of it .

9 . At home you will mostly be watching / listening to ? Watching any Storyville documentary on the BBC and listening to 6 Music .
10 . Your stranded on a island , what 3 objects are taking to keep occupied ? Stand-up paddle board , home brew kit , and some means of making a coffee !
