Viagogo SUCH a ripoff. Doesn’t inform you of
(enormous) transaction fee until after you’ve
clicked confirm, and there’s no option to not
proceed after you’ve found out transaction
fee. Surely this can’t be legal?

So I bought tickets from ticketmaster last
year with a service charge of 14% per ticket,
todays announcement means they will then
take another 15% for re-sale. That’s almost
30% PER TICKET. So who exactly is ripping
me off?? Then I assume to take a further cut
when sold on....

Next announcement will be @Ticketmaster will be selling their tickets
via Blockchain Technology. That would tighten their hold even further
on ticketing and enable them to continue their dominance and VIP
Packages even further. U-turn on secondary ticketing !
