NOQ is revolutionising the events space through digital ordering . Our cashless and contactless solution leads to speedier transactions , increase in sales and reduction in queue times , leading to enhanced event experience .
NOQ ’ s mission is to become the market leader in providing a seamless order management system for UK events . We currently provide F & B ordering solutions through the app and are looking to expand our services to include access to schedules , ticketing , maps , merchandising , in-app advertising and more .
Our solution provides the benefits of both an own branded app as well as a marketplace app . We create personalised direct links and QR codes that direct customers straight into the events page , where they can view what ’ s on offer and easily transact . However , if customers are simply browsing our marketplace app on their own time , they are able to view upcoming events based on their geolocation , making NOQ a great advertising platform for events .
Our dedicated product team is continuously working towards making an ever-improving app that remains simple and user friendly . Our strong product , together with key partnerships with WiFi providers and food concession groups , allows NOQ to ensure that all potential risks are mitigated .
Our app went from being a convenience to a necessity during COVID and was used in over 160 events since launch in the Summer of 2020 . We pride ourselves on the excellent feedback we have received from customers , vendors and event organisers alike and we look to continuously provide a high standard of service in all the events we are a part of . We believe digital ordering will scale rapidly and overtake in-person sales in the years to come . It is the way forward to enhancing customers ’ event experience and we are excited to bring this to life across the industry .
