Partnership (BVEP) has also
published a new version of The
Events Report, providing indepth
analysis and figures about
the UK’s £70bn events industry.
The report, which was
previously published in 2014, is
190 pages long and filled with
statistics and case studies for
each sector of events – from
conferences and exhibitions
to festivals and live music. It
provides an accurate overview
of the festival industry’s value
to the UK – a timely reminder
of what is currently being lost to
Covid-19.
It should be noted the report
was finished at the end of 2019,
before the virus struck, and is
based on data from 2018.
