Among the many leading event professionals due to speak on the AAA stage at the conference are London Marathon race director Hugh Brasher , Notting Hill Carnival director Mathew Phillip , Wimbledon Championship operations director Michele Dite , Ed Sheeran promoter and Kilimanjaro Live director Steve Tilley , End of The Road festival MD Lauren Down and Parklife festival co-founder Sacha Lord .
Major issues such as staff shortages and soaring operating costs will be tackled during supply chain sessions , while the conference will also examine societal issues at festivals and how the safety of women can be better ensured . It will also welcome new partners Vision : 2025 and the Night Time Industries Association ( NTIA ), who have worked with AAA to curate four panels .

The team from events industry climate action group Vision : 2025 and AAA will present two panels that will run on the first day of the show . Sustainability – Progress with Event Power ( 13:00 ) will be chaired by Vision : 2025 steering group member Graham Brown with guests including Julie ’ s Bicycle knowledge and sector intelligence lead Chiara Badiali , PGA European Tour championship director Mark Casey and Powerful Thinking ’ s Tim Benson – who is providing sustainable power solutions for Coldplay ’ s ground-breaking Music Of The Spheres World Tour .
The After The LIVE Green Declaration – What ’ s next ?’ panel will be chaired by AAA editor Chris Barrett with guests including AEG Europe COO and chair of LIVE Green John Langford , Vision : 2025 chair and Shambala festival co-founder Chris Johnson , and A Greener Festival cofounder & director Claire O ’ Neil . NTIA CEO Michael Kill will moderate the New Age of Insurance for Events panel , looking at the practicalities of the Government ’ s event cancellation scheme and whether there are any other insurance options out there . He will also lead a panel of experts who will delve into the many challenges around event security .
