College, Oxford) is Professor of
Human Resource Management
at Cass Business School, City University,
London, UK. He is also Director of the
Research Centre on Asian Development and
Director, Research and Publications, HEAD
Foundation, Singapore. He has published
widely, with over 450 articles, books
and chapters and other contributions
in practitioner journals, magazines and
newsletters as well as given international
radio and newspaper interviews and
been involved in knowledge transfer
