DANIEL RUSSELL has 20 years’ experience
assisting clients to design and implement high
impact HR programmes. He is currently the
Managing Principal of Link Consulting, based
in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has worked with
several large employers such as Aon Risk Services,
BAE Systems, Bank of America, CGI, CVS/Caremark,
Life Office Management Association (LOMA),
McDonald’s Corporation, Verizon, Philip Morris
USA. He holds a Masters of Science from Virginia
Polytechnic Institute and State University in
Blacksburg, VA, USA and a Bachelor of Arts from
Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, TN, USA.
SHANKAR NAGALINGAM
is APAC Human Resources Director,
Talent Management with IHS. He
comes to the role with more than 21
years of experience in multinational
corporations, bringing to bear the
full gamut of HR experience. At IHS,
Shankar is responsible for talent
growth across APAC locations and
he’s also the HR Lead for
IHS Malaysia. Prior to
IHS, he spent ten years
at Dell, holding key
positions in HR.
