Before starting her private consulting practice
in Denver, Colorado, USA, in 1994, SANDRA
FORD WALSTON served for seven
years as Vice President, Private Banking in
California, where she developed, to her credit,
over 35 million dollars in aggregate deposits.
Her success as a banker was enhanced by her
previous accomplishments in real estate, selling
residential and income properties. Known as The
Courage Expert and innovator of StuckThinking™,
Sandra is the principal of a 20-year-old learning
and organisational effectiveness consulting firm
and a courage coach.
