DR ADRIAN MOULE is Group
Director, Talent Acquisition and Global
Mobility, Emirates Telecommunications
Corporation (Etisalat). During mid2013, he was asked to join Etisalat to
manage the Global Mobility Function.
He was very active in revising policies,
rolling out new technology, managing
payroll compliance and working closely
with Talent Management. He now has
additional responsibility at Group level for
Talent Acquisition.

PENNY REYES BONHAGEN
leads the Global Mobility/Immigration
team from Seagate’s headquarters
in Cupertino, California. She and her
team of regional representatives are
responsible for the global relocation,
tax and immigration matters related
to all of Seagate’s permanent transfers
and assignments. Penny used to be
a practicing immigration attorney,
representing Fortune 500 companies
and individuals.

A highly experienced Organisational Development
professional, RAY PENDLETON’S current
role is that of Managing Director of Thirsty Horses.
He has worked across sectors including NHS,
Local Government, ICT, Telecoms, Energy, Petrol
Retail and Higher Education giving him a breadth
of experience upon which to draw. Through this
journey, he has acquired a breadth of commercial
business experience, being successful in achieving
significant private equity investment to his company
to both “seed” and “grow” it. More recently Ray
took his product and approach to a systems level
in the NHS and co-led a Regional Pilot Programme
in collaboration with Health Education England
North West to 7 NW Trusts. This work has been
independently evaluated by Manchester Metropolitan
University who have authored a formal report.

to Problem Solving’, as well as articles
on subjects such as global virtual teams,
leadership, learning styles, the power of
differences and high commitment cultures.
Tom, a highly experienced Organisation Design
and Development professional, has been
requested by Accenture to create Organisation
Change Management and Leadership
Development courses and webinars. An
executive coach, Tom has also coached 80+
leaders. In Training & Development, he was
the Vice President, Learning & Organisational
Effectiveness, starting up the #3 Training
Department in the U.S and #8 in the world.
