Key difference between pretotyping and prototyping (Savoia, 2011)
Craftventure’s strategy is closer to pretotyping. We have discussed with artisans and settled the program narrative scheme so artisans know how to run down the story with
users. In the other hand, we created pretotyping of service touch point as well as selected service evidences so we can test if the interactions during the experience journey
goes as we expected.
