METAPHOR
Stories of each persona were constructed based on these distinguishing features and the
earlier scenario setting. It’s a iterative process as the details of persona’s story might
cause the adjustment of scenario, however, the value proposition shall remain no matter
how narratives change.
Hence, I use one open-ended question as metaphor to represent each person and its
related scenario as described in the illustration.
