RICHARD HEATON is a Learning & Development, OD and Talent professional with multisector experience and is currently the Development Manager at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, the fourth largest supermarket in the UK with an integrated supply chain of manufacturing and logistics with 116,000 employees. In his current role, Richard has reviewed and consolidated the core curriculum focused on organisational and capability need creating a savings of £77k as well as mapped the curriculum to a new Leadership Framework to identify gaps and then develop an approach to define priority areas. BETSY URDANETA is an Expert Learning and Development Consultant, advisor and coach. She is currently the Learning and Development Manager at Unisys, based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. PROFESSOR CHRIS ROWLEY, GradCIPD, BA, MA (Warwick), DPhil (Nuffield College, Oxford) is Editor of the leading academic journal Asia Pacific Business Review, book Series Editor of both Working in Asia and Asian Studies and serves on many journal Editorial Boards. He has published widely, with over 450 articles, books and chapters and other contributions in practitioner journals, magazines and newsletters as well as given international radio and newspaper interviews and involvement in knowledge transfer engagement.
