KellyOCG awarded 2014 Top International Learning
System Partner Employees
KUALA LUMPUR | Kelly Outsourcing &
Consulting Group (KellyOCG), which
operates in Asia Pacific based in Malaysia,
announced on 16 July 2015 that it has
been named the 2014 Top International
SHRM (The Society for Human Resource
Management) Learning System Partner.
This recognition aptly signifies the longterm partnership between KellyOCG
and SHRM - the world’s largest HR
professional association - that drives
towards the common goal of lifting HR
professionalism via globally recognised
HR certification courses.

Malaysia
“This award recognition by SHRM shows
that we are moving in the right direction
in our efforts to reduce the gap between
Malaysia and developed countries in
professionally certified HR practitioners,”
Devadoss said.
KellyOCG’s Vice President for Asia Pacific,
Anthony Raja Devadoss, shared that
this prestigious SHRM award is based
on the largest pool of HR professionals
participation, outside of the US, in SHRM
certification programmes organised by
KellyOCG Malaysia.
Within the private sector, KellyOCG aims
to double the existing percentage of the
estimated 30,000 HR practitioners in
Malaysia to be certified with HR-specific
international standards by end of 2016.
KellyOCG is also currently in the midst of
expansion into Jakarta and is scheduled
to roll out the SHRM certification courses
in the third quarter of this year. All
SHRM HR Certification Programmes
offered by KellyOCG are Human Resource
Development Fund (HRDF) claimable
subject to HRDF approval.
Over the last seven years, KellyOCG has
seen a total of 167 HR professionals
in Malaysia taking SHRM certification
programmes. In 2014, 86 HR professionals
in Malaysia had attended the SHRM
Certification Seminars of which 26
Malaysian HR Leaders were certified in
May 2015.
3 Days Certification Preparation
Workshops
KellyOCG will be conducting a 3-day
intensive certification preparation
workshop, facilitated by a SHRM trainer
from the US, for SHRM-CP on 29
September 2015 at a cost of RM9,600;
while the SHRM-SCP, also facilitated by
August 2015
