• Having someone to listen to their experiences
• Getting support to overcome fraud
• Support in giving evidence in court
• Face-to-face help from victim support
• Names of other victims to develop mutual support
• Getting advice on not being a victim again
• Receiving general information on scams
As part of the CCFS ’ research , fraud victims also stated that their preferred form of communication is through telephone calls , the post and in person . 2
