Physical & Health Education

In the Physical and Health Education program, students participate in a variety of physical activities both at school and in the community. They also develop leadership and teamwork skills that can be applied in various settings. The program explores how different types of physical activity influence physical literacy as well as personal health and fitness goals. Students gain a variety of skills and knowledge to participate in lifelong physical activity, and make informed and healthy choices that influence their physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being. Through Physical and Health Education, students develop the attitudes and practices necessary to lead healthy, rewarding and fulfilling lives.
