Crofton House School
Students may complete the optional work experience placements over the course of their Grade 10 ( summer only ), 11 and 12 years . These placements are facilitated through the Work Experience Facilitator and require a current resume , an intake interview , and commitment of time during school hours and vacation periods . Successful candidates are granted a certificate for the hours committed to the experience , and a reference letter from their employer or the Work Experience Facilitator . The program operated successfully in a remote format during COVID19 restrictions to ensure the safety of all students who applied , and will have the potential to be either remote or in-person depending on CDC directives . Information on securing a work experience placement is sent individually to students via MySchool announcements in early fall for applications for Winter , Spring , and Summer .
