18 All I am is hearing now, all I am is seeing now, All I am is tasting now, all I am is touching now, All I am is silent now, silent now in this moment. All is the copper stream, all is the sounds of nature, All is the flow and texture, all is the trees transforming, A mind lost in this peaceful moment, a mind in peaceful poise now. Senses relaxing, energy rising, deeper and lifting, darker and lighter, A body given open unto receiving, a body feeling healing in this moment. And in this gentle given time, all around candles burn and glow, Lighted white of peace to burn, burn bright to dwell and glow. A wish, a prayer, a sense to send, burning hope out to the earth, Burning warmth and healing, white peace for all spirits, To dwell and feel at peace, to rest easy in sheltered times.
