Cape Town residents are invited to join the last two of a series of eight action-packed PUMA NITRO RUNS hosted in the Mother City in the build-up to the Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K , which will take place on Sunday 12 May . The series of runs began on the 14th of March , and will culminate with the two final 5km runs Tuesday 7 May and Friday 10 May ( more info below ).
The PUMA NITRO™ RUNS are open to all club and non-club runners and walkers , and are free of charge . There are also fantastic prizes up for grabs , courtesy of PUMA South Africa , and participants are reminded to collect their lucky draw tickets on completion of their 5km run / walk . in our events . Beyond that , these runs provide the perfect social platform , bringing like-minded individuals together to enjoy a 5km run .”
