1 . This section of the route requires you to save your energy , get your legs ready and sprint as fast as you can through the PUMA activation point .
2 . There are awesome PUMA prizes and discounts up for grabs !
3 . Both the male and female runner with the fastest time will take home a PUMA voucher to the value of R10,000 .

1 . The 25m before and after the finish line are a ‘ No Go zone .’ Please ensure you are spaced out as you cross the finish line and keep your arms away from your race number so that you can be photographed and recorded clearly .
2 . No-one must accompany you into the finish or over the line . ‘ Selfies ’ and stopping will not be allowed in the No Go Zone – please keep moving to exit the No Go Zone .

4 . Runners who secure the following 100m sprint times will qualify for the in-store discount at any PUMA Retail Outlet , and will be notified via SMS after the race :
• Under 15 seconds for 100m : 30 % discount off a purchase at the PUMA store .
• Under 20 seconds for 100m : 20 % discount off a purchase at the PUMA store .
• Under 25 seconds for 100m : 15 % discount off a purchase at the PUMA store .
5 . Look out for the PUMA FOREVER FASTER 100 route activation and run as fast as you can over the 100m !

3 . Keep moving as you are directed into a lane where you will receive your finisher ’ s medal and cold Coca-Cola refreshments .
4 . CONGRATULATIONS , YOU DID IT ! Now we invite you to enjoy the post-race celebrations on Cullinan Square .
5 . The tog bag trucks will be parked adjacent to Cullinan Square ( Wharf Street ) for your collection before exiting the Finish Race Village .

CUT-OFF POINTS
1 . Due to running in the CBD and along a section of the N1 Outbound Highway , runners will need to pass two cut-off points by specific times .
2 . Cut-off # 1 : Pass 4km by 10:25am At Caltex Garage entrance in Marine Drive Runners who miss this cut-off will be transported to Refreshment Station 2 , at the 7.2km mark .
3 . Cut-off # 2 : Pass 8.3km by 11:25am In Riebeek Street , near the Absa High 5 activation Runners who miss this cut-off will be diverted to the finish
4 . These cut-offs have been calculated to allow for slower athletes in the last starting batch to still be able to run or walk at a comfortable pace .

2 . Prize-giving on the Finish Stage will be limited to the top three women and top three men .
