Many business professionals and leaders push themselves
harder and harder every day in an effort to win in their professional lives, only to find that they are losing in their personal
lives. Interestingly enough, many of them feel that this approach
is a necessary sacrifice they have to make. The “winning at all
costs” mindset and the “success equals sacrifice” motto have
become deeply etched in successful people’s lives.
I believe success is the result of many things, often coming

give is to stay disciplined and organised. Schedule your work
stress – never far behind. Stress will grind you down slowly but
surely, unless you lead a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Keep in mind that work is just one aspect of your life. When you
