W ith a view to providing information to companies who trade, or intend to trade in Africa, the research gives an overview of how corporate fleets are managed, based on qualitative feedback from more than 130 fleet executives in 13 countries, namely Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Uganda, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Algeria, Angola, Mozambique and Ghana. Only 2% of the companies make use of non-accredited service and repair centres. Unlike South Africa, the use of fleet cards to pay for maintenance services is not a preferred option in the African markets. 62% of the sample pays their maintenance related cost via account, 23% pays in cash, and only 5% of t
