TecAlliance Supports Growth Across MEA

TecAlliance, the leading expert for data management and processes in the automotive aftermarket, is strengthening its presence in the Middle East and Africa( MEA) with significant improvements to data solutions and regional operations, aimed at providing customers and partners with enhanced support and services across these dynamic markets
The MEA automotive aftermarket continues to experience strong and sustained growth. This expansion is driven by several factors, including a growing number of vehicles on the road and the increasing age of existing vehicles, both of which contribute to higher demand for maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts. In addition, the emergence of electric vehicles( EVs), along with the growing influence of digital technologies and e-commerce platforms, is creating new opportunities and transforming the market landscape.
Strengthening Data Solutions for MEA TecAlliance has delivered substantial improvements to its local vehicle databases, enabling businesses to access precise and localized automotive data. In 2024, the local TecDoc Africa catalogue was updated with more than 2,000 KType references, while the Middle East catalogue saw updates to over 16,000 KType references.
The Vehicle Identification Number( VIN) search tool has also been upgraded with enhanced Asian data, including Chinese vehicle information, to better support key markets such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
TecAlliance has developed comprehensive car parc data for the African region, with a focus on the Southern African Development Community( SADC), West Africa, and East Africa. This car parc data provides critical insights into the number of vehicles on the road, including specific models, part replacement trends, and scrappage rates, supporting businesses in making informed decisions.
Unified MEA Sales Structure To ensure seamless service delivery, TecAlliance has reorganized its sales structure by aligning Africa with the Middle East, creating a unified MEA regional team based in Dubai. The streamlined structure enhances operational efficiency and supports a coordinated approach to serving customers across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and the Commonwealth of Independent States( CIS). The establishment of the MEA regional structure in Dubai reflects TecAlliance’ s focus on strategic growth and customercentric solutions.
Expanding Presence in North and West Africa Further reinforcing its presence in North and West Africa, TecAlliance has established a new entity in Casablanca, Morocco. This expansion complements the established team in South Africa, which continues to support the southern and eastern regions of the continent.
