In a kind of a sad day, returning from
home after leaving my father at the
Airport, as we were getting off the care

The Xavier Story
We have a kitten. His name is Xavier .
thought about it, but we had to have a
family consensus. On the next day my
husband called and asked me what I
thought of adopting Xavier. We planned
everything . My husband went for a walk
with Gustavo and when he got there he
told him that we would take Xavier to the
Vet and pet shop to see if everything was
OK with the kitten and after vaccinations
and bathing we would take him home.
It all started with a little kitten under a When I got home he was walking through
car, very fearful and skinny at Flamengo
Park in front of my apartment. My son
Gustavo found this kitten that must have
been abandoned there and had a very shy
personality. He hid under the car and
would not eat, or get out of there .
Me and my husband thought it would
be someone’s cat , it was very kind, had
no collar. We gave him affection, water,
food and decided to leave him where we
found ( almost in front of our house). On
the next day my husband opens the door
and there he was, meowing and all talkative. He came into our house and never
left, we named him Edmar Pagodinho
Souza Senra .
We love so see animals with people’s
names and everyone laughs when we say
his whole name. Edmar is quiet, but loud
purrs and loves “ kneading bread roll “
