DAVOSA Evo 1908 Automatic The new Davosa Evo 1908 Automatic displays conspicuous curves with its 39.5mm-by- 36mm tonneau case, and offers a nice range of dark and light dials to satisfy most any taste. The watch telegraphs a somewhat retro style typical to pocket watches of the early 1900’s. Two classic versions are available with a light or dark guilloché dial, a minutes display on a ring just inside the bezel and polished hands coated with SuperLuminova. The sportier versions without the inner ring feature cream, blue or black dials and a heavier dose of Super-LumiNova on the hour markers, Roman numerals, and hands. The dial and the sapphire crystal on all models are both curved to match the tonneau case form, and an extended case back better positions the strap on your wrist. Inside Davosa fits an automatic Sellita SW260 movement with date. The back of the 12 mm tall case is screwed down and water resistant to 5atm. Price: $862 AboutTime Magazine | 29
