Setlhoa Retail Park handover complete

It really makes us proud when driving through Setlhoa Village to see all our finished buildings and to think there are still more to come with Sebele Lifestyle Centre and Pinnacle Park phase 2 .
Setlhoa Retail park is the latest development that has been completed and handed over to the owners . This sectional title development , similar to Setlhoa Office Park and Setlhoa Showrooms , has been sold off to the individual buyers . Long before we were even halfway through the development , we had sold all the units and this is testament to how well these showroom units have been received in the marketplace . In fact , one of the purchasers sold their unit for 20 % more than they bought it and this was even before the development was complete . It shows you , getting in early at the ground floor can pay dividends .
Sharps Construction once again performed admirably in really testing times while having to deal with social distancing , lockdowns and material shortages . It really goes to show what can be done if you approach tasks with the correct mindset .
We are currently busy with setting up the Body Corporate , having the sectional title scheme registered and getting the units transferred into the owners ’ names , which unfortunately is a fairly long process , but should be complete by the end of March .
