We are also wanting to set the trend in Botswana by providing a prime
grade building (P-grade), rather than an A-grade building. A P-grade
building is a top quality, modern space which is generally a pace-setter in
establishing rentals and includes the latest or a recent generation of building
services, ample parking, a prestigious lobby finish, attractive views and a
good environment. This development will be a trendsetter in Botswana.
The overall development plan is similar to Prime Plaza 1 where we have four
buildings on the site and we will be starting with the first building, a threestorey
2 800m² building on the north western corner.
Our intention is to proceed with the bulk excavations for the basement during
the third quarter of 2020 and after we have tendered the building works, the
main building contract is planned to commence in the last quarter of 2020.
