Pinnacle Park
We are really close to finishing
phase 1 and expect it to be
complete by the beginning of June
2020. Phase 2 should be complete
by the end of July. This excludes all
the tenant fit-outs such as partitioning
and flooring which will be done in
conjunction with the tenants.
Boiteko Junction
refurbishment
The design of the
extension to the centre
is almost complete and
we are hoping to have
the tenants secured,
building approval and
construction works
tendered for a start by
October 2020.
Sesigo Mews
We have revised the project schedule
based on us being able to start working
on 25 May. Our plan is to have
the project complete by the end of
November and to give occupation to
the purchasers during December 2020.
Setlhoa
showrooms
We would have already handed over the first set of
units, but we now plan to hand over the first six units
at the end of June and the balance of eleven units at
the end of August.
