Red East Construction has diligently proceeded with construction and it has completed a fair portion of the basement level 2 structure covering the perimeter strip footings and retaining walls , central bases and columns , lift area and staircase .
Barloworld Equipment

Barloworld Equipment informed us of their intention to apply for the Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies ( EDGE ) certification from International Finance Corporation for this development . This meant that we had to relook at our designs to make sure they are Edge compliant in order to get the required rating . All the designs have been completed and approved by the client . We have since re-tendered the works combining the bulk earthworks and the main building works . The adjudication should be completed in the next couple of weeks and we are hoping to have the main contractor for all works on site before the end of the first half of 2022 .
