Boiteko Junction
to get an upgrade
By Brett Marlin
Boiteko Junction, completed in 2005, is heading for an upgrade and
extension. Other than a refurbishment to the exterior of the building
walkways and parking areas, an additional 3 600m² of retail space
is going to be developed. We are going to have to get Environmental
Management Plan approval, planning permission and building permit
permission so it is unlikely that we will be able to start on site before June
2020. Time Projects has been appointed by PrimeTime as project and
development managers.
PrimeTime at it again in the CBD
By Brett Marlin
After the unapparelled success of Prime Plaza
in the new CBD and the continued demand
for space in their properties, PrimeTime has
acquired the site between Prime Plaza and
Mashatu Terrace.
The intention is to develop three or four
buildings on the site similar to Prime
Plaza. A 2 800m² building on the south
western corner will be constructed first and
dependent on acquiring tenants, the other
building will follow.
As with all PrimeTime and Time Projects
developments - quality, efficiency and design
is at the forefront of the development along
with parking, which people generally do
not cater for sufficiently. The initial plan is to
have 1½ basements for tenant parking and
A-grade parking for visitors.
Time has been appointed as project and
development managers and with these
buildings, will bring the number of buildings
that Time has developed in the CBD to 14.
That is quite a feather in our cap!
