The Projects Department
Time Projects has not only established its presence in Botswana,
but it is also making a footprint in Zambia. Both Time Projects
Botswana and Time Projects Property Zambia supply high quality,
cost-effective and timely property developments, through their skilled
and experienced Projects Department teams.
The Projects Department specialises in providing development and
project management services to various investors and to PrimeTime
Property Holdings. Some projects are done on a turnkey basis and
others are done only on a project management basis. We develop
commercial properties which include office, retail and industrial
units. The Projects Department is also moving towards developing
buildings that are ‘green’ - high performance buildings that have a
minimal impact on the environment.
The Projects Department in Botswana is currently busy with the
development of Setlhoa Office Park, Pinnacle Park, Setlhoa Corner,
Setlhoa Retail Park, Spar Distribution Centre, Kanu Equipment head
office and a few other projects outside Gaborone.
The team is made up of four Project Managers, a Property Sales
Administrator and the Projects Director, who has oversight over all
the developments in the department.
