With the rainy season now officially over, the main contractor, Liege
Africa, should have no more delays with the handover of Munali Mall.
The structure, especially the roof structure, is gaining momentum and soon
there will be a roof wetting party to celebrate the official completion of the
roof. The two-kilometre sewer line to the closest sewer connection is also
complete and commissioned which is a relief as usually malls in Zambia
require their own sewer treatment plant. Thank you to our professional
team who have been working hard and making great progress.

Wheki’s external façade complete
By Chabo Mibikiwa
Both building shells are complete with the
exception of a few touch-ups to the external
finishes. Traffic on site is increasing with
tenants having started working on their fit-
outs and we anticipate seeing more sub-
contractors on site in the next six weeks. Both
buildings are looking good with glimpses of
tenant corporate colours starting to show on
the different floors of the buildings.
It is always fulfilling seeing what started as
an idea on paper translate to a habitable
structure. Well done to the team on the
excellent progress. We do still have office
space available for sale and for rent. Any
takers are welcome give us a call!
