12 new houses in
Mogoditshane

We recently completed 12 brand new houses in Mogoditshane, 9
of which are for sale on the open market and 3 are to be retained
by the original land owner. These houses are ideal for first time
buyers and are well located for staff working at nearby educational
institutions and the BDF.
The development is right on the municipal boundary between
Gaborone and Mogoditshane, roughly midway between the Grand
Palm complex and the TloTlo Hotel. Mountain View Shopping
Center is in close proximity and the site has easy access to
Kudumatse Drive (A10).
Each of the 9 family homes for sale has been completed externally
and the finishing touches are well underway internally. There are
two attractive house types on offer, namely the TP90 and TP 100.
The designs come from the tried and tested range of standard
house plans that Time Projects has developed over many years
ensuring the most efficient use of floor space whilst still giving due
consideration to the practical usage of each room. Both house
types have three bedrooms, lounge, dining & kitchen as well as
covered carports. The TP100 house has its own dedicated ensuite bathroom and slightly larger room sizes generally. Internal
areas are decorated with ceramic floor tiles throughout the house,
built-in bedroom cupboards and fitted kitchens. The houses are
constructed with quality materials and the external finishes are
plaster, paint and concrete roof tiles.
Plot sizes vary, and ranging from 375m2 to 526m2 and prices start
at just over P860, 000. This price includes the house, land, carport &
boundary walling and fencing.
