Both represent an entry level to a Swiss Made watch with an in-house caliber. A classic Guilloché pattern showcases the dial while the 40mm stainless steel case is rated to 5atm and eminently wearable and offered in high polished steel or gold tone held in place with either a croco pattern calf leather strap or a polished stainless-steel bracelet. Prices range from $950 - $1,150.   It’s hard to believe the first Heartbeat from Frederique Constant was launched in 1994. Since then It has become an oft copied signature of the brand. At the time, this very innovative creation allowed Frederique Constant to highlight its nascent watchmaking skills while attracting the consumer’s eye with the action on the dial, while the see-through back case shows the nicely finished movement.
