FREDERIQUE CONSTANT
New from Frederique Constant are recent additions to the
Classic Index Automatics including a ‘ Heartbeat’ variations with
the visibile balance on the dial. Both represent an entry level to a
Swiss Made watch with an in-house caliber.
A classic Guilloché pattern showcases the dial while the
40mm stainless steel case is rated to 5atm and eminently
wearable and offered in high polished steel or gold tone held in
place with either a croco pattern calf leather strap or a polished
stainless-steel bracelet. Prices range from $950 - $1,150.
It’s hard to believe the first Heartbeat from Frederique
Constant was launched in 1994. Since then It has become an oft
copied signature of the brand. At the time, this very innovative
creation allowed Frederique Constant to highlight its nascent
watchmaking skills while attracting the consumer’s eye with the
action on the dial, while the see-through back case shows the
nicely finished movement.
Inside this latest variation beats the FC-310 automatic
movement, under an elaborately decorated silver-colored dial,
with a classic sunray pattern with applied Roman numeral
indexes. Pricing ranges from $1,350 - $1,550
