P68 Pathfinder Automatic
With a name like “Pathfinder” it’s no big surprise to find an inner chapter ring with compass markings under the glass on this robust wristwear.
Manipulated by the crown at 8 o’clock, you can orient your direction by using the inner ring in conjunction with the hour hand and sun.
Famous as the “house” brand for the worldwide supplier of the self illuminating tubes, mb Microtec, Traser has continued to expand its variety along
sporting lines. Adding an automatic mechanical watch to its collection will certainly widen the appeal among active and upwardly mobile watch lovers that
can appreciate the value of a mechanical movement. Priced under $1,000 the pathfinder is a larger watch measuring out to a full figured 46mm, and
looks even wider as the dial aperture is barely impinged upon by a very thin outer bezel.
In the dark, a unique combination of light source and colors jumps from the dial. The green luminous ring radiates over the upper edge of the case
while Super-LumiNova elements on the dial and on the compass ring are golden-yellow. When the Super Luminova elements have eventually faded and
are completely dimmed by time in the dark, the trigalight self illuminating tubes glow on.
